In collaboration with geniant + Eastlake Studio on design and Redmond Construction on installation, our custom MUTO acoustic ceiling concept enhances both the performance and beauty of the building and proves that high design and high function can go hand in hand.
At 25 East Washington, every detail is crafted to exceed expectations. The 17,000 SF Atrium Club is the centerpiece: a dynamic destination featuring a 3,000 SF open-air courtyard, inviting lounge areas, an indoor/outdoor bar, flexible shared workspaces, a game room, private phone booths, and a four-room conference center designed to accommodate gatherings of any size.
This isn’t just an amenity space; it’s an experience. A vibrant, hospitality-driven environment that draws teams back to the office, sparks connection, and makes the workday something to look forward to.
Geniant + Eastlake Studio brought their vision and creativity, Redmond Construction provided the experience and expertise to successfully execute the installation; and we supplied the product. Our design team accepted the challenge with enthusiasm and innovation designing custom hardware and connection points to make the Atrium Club ceiling vision a unforgettable reality.
